EZ-clean
coatings are the protective coatings for ophthalmic lenses.
Chemalux offers two EZ-clean coating technologies to our customers.
The first EZ-clean coating is made by simple spin coating technique.
The coating is chemical bonded with lenses. Both Chemalux 100O
system and KW-4A spin coater are designed to make chemical EZ-clean
coatings. The second EZ-clean coating is made by vacuum evaporation.
Chemalux distributes Leybold Model TC2 table top coating system.
This system is easily configurable and also simple to handle
in everyday operation: the eyeglass lenses, or even glasses
complete with their frames, are clamped in and the coating process
starts at the touch of a button. |
